We are looking forward to seeing you! Operations Manager (f / m / d) Clinical Trial Registry(Berlin)We are looking for a self-motivated Operations Manager / Portfolio Manager to support our Operational Team and directly work with our COO.
The successful candidate will be developing an optimized operational flow for our online patient recruitment "Registry service".

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for : Implementing the right processes and practices across the service area.
Improving performance, managing resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Helping us increase efficiency and profitability during the course of providing our registry services. Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.Formulating operational objectives.Examining financial data and using it to improve profitability.
Performing quality controls.Managing and improving portfolio and project management across the registry services. We would like you to have : Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a similar degree, alternatively comparable training with several years of professional experience.
Proven track record of developing business processes.Technical competence in professional project management and completed certification in project management (Prince2, IPMA, or comparable) is a plus.
Comprehensive know-how in professional change management and experience in multi-project management.Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) as well as strong presentation / moderation skills.
Good knowledge of SharePoint Online / OneDrive / O365 environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software / tools.
Strong communication skills, initiative, a sense of responsibility, agility, strategic and conceptual thinking skills, and intercultural competence.
