Antai is looking for a co-founding CEO for a new venture in the B2B Saas

Antai Venture Builder is an international group of online and mobile businesses. We build disruptive and digital solutions in Southern Europe and Latin America.

Together with the best-prepared professionals, Antai co-founded several fast growing startups such as Wallapop, Glovo, Carnovo, ProntoPiso, Nemuru and Singular Cover among others.

Location : Barcelona

As a CEO you will be responsible for :

  • Developing high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long.term objectives.
  • Building, leading and motivating a strong team.
  • Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Presenting the Company’s vision, roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investors.
  • Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements. Oversee KPIs of the business.
  • Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Create a culture of decision-making based on insight, analysis, and data across the business.
  • Work closely with sales team of the company tuning the sales and customer support & success teams through operations optimization and curation.

Requirements :

  • 7 years’ work experience, having held a managing position.
  • Background in BA, Economics, Engineering + MBA, similar.
  • Previous experience related to the construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of technology’s impact in disrupting the construction sector.
  • Background in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management or similar.
  • Experience in digital Saas companies’ main processes is a plus.
  • Solid experience in fast high-growth environments.
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Passion for the digital sector.
