  • 2+ years of sales & business development in fast growing SaaS or Real Estate companies
  • Native/Fluent in 2+ languages: English, German, Swedish, Spanish, French, Italian
  • Number-driven, analytical thinking (sales funnel, conversion rates, CAC / CLV, EBITDA)
  • Ability to deliver a data driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Good understanding of residential real estate markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, self-driven, strong growth mindset
  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

What should be done: 

  • Acquire new B2B customers (real estate professionals) in Spain, Portugal, DACH, France, Italy
  • Sell additional services to existing business partners
  • Expand business to new categories (new business development)
  • Collaboration with marketing and lead generation teams
  • Build and manage a business development pipeline
  • Client relations
