This will be your job
In this position you work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you are responsible for optimizing our customer satisfaction by translating the wishes of our business partners into ICT, including the impact on an organizational level.
In addition to this substantive analysis, you are responsible for coordinating and implementing the change together with the team and fellow teams.
You are able to make the translation between the wishes of the business and IT, taking into account the entire spectrum: not only the IT component, but also the organizational impact.
In addition, you are continuously geared to improvement in your work: you therefore constantly pay attention to opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying and defining business needs and producing adequate solutions to meet them;
- Assessing business questions for feasibility and proposing solutions;
- Fulfilling both an advisory and specialized role in your field;
- Contribute to knowledge sharing of both Business and IT within your DevOps team and support the further future of the team and the value stream.
The Team
The Value Stream Advise Clients aims to increase the customer satisfaction of our pension funds (directly and indirectly).
The Value Stream is in a start-up phase in which you will have the opportunity to contribute to its design. You work together in a team of 6-8 colleagues.
The team works agile according to the Scaled Agile Framework.

You bring this
As a Business Analyst you think in terms of opportunities and are service-oriented. Taking ownership and responsibility comes naturally to you.
- You have a pragmatic attitude and are motivated to deliver quality. You have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- You have a proactive attitude and are a natural bridge builder. You have strong persuasiveness, know how to challenge stakeholders substantively and know how to manage expectations adequately.
- Your focus is on business analysis, but you are willing to develop or strengthen your T-shaped skills.
You bring:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field;
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Problem solving skills : identifying and defining business needs and defining adequate (technical) solutions;
- The talent to maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, at different levels;
- Involvement in the process to ensure that the implementation meets the requirements;
- Able to coordinate Value stream (transcending) epics;
- Drive to contribute to knowledge sharing of both Business and IT within your DevOps team and support the further future of the team and the value stream.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cross-cultural aspects of working in international and inclusive teams;
- An internationally recognized certification in Business Analysis;
- Knowledge of Asset Management (products and processes);
- Knowledge of pension administration;
- Experience with agile working in a SAFe environment.
