Description
MISSION
- To efficiently operate all power house equipment providing a non-interruptible supply of energy to the site.
- Ensure start up and monitoring of auxiliary equipment. Provide 1st level maintenance.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Compliance with EP requirements and safety intervention rules (specific to the boilerhouse, general on the site and in the workshops)
- Operation and monitoring of fluids equipment (compliance with conduct protocols, traceability, facilities record tracking, ...)
- Fluids quality, influent parameters and devices compliance (pressure, temperature, water treatment, steam traps, dryers, ...)
- Fluids availability (continuity of service, in normal operation and emergency procedures in case of failure, anticipate workshops consumption )
- Cost of fluids production (optimized running equipment, optimum energy efficiency of the machines)
- Environmental control plans, preventive and corrective actions done
- Monitoring the proper operation of the machine park and reporting any anomalies
- Quality of analyzes and water treatment to keep them in compliance with specifications
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years as a Boiler House Operator
- Licensed Boiler House Operator
- Military Background in Boiler House Operations
