Whom are we looking for?
Commercially and technically minded individuals who can understand our prospective clients’ requirements and our solution to drive BlueOptima’s messaging, campaigns and automation with a clear focus on lead generation.
Your home office will be at BlueOptima’s London office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Improve email automation system and campaigns.
Experiment with lead and data sourcing strategies.
Create sales support documents in collaboration with our sales team.
Take charge of dedicated marketing channels to drive marketing leads for a hungry sales team and conduct AB testing drive improvements.
Contribute to in-product marketing within BlueOptima’s UI.
Design marketing materials and approaches to engage with our client base: senior, data-driven decision makers within large enterprises.
Qualifications and Skills:
You will have 2+ years in a B2B environment. Experience in startups and/or enterprise software is desirable. Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent expertise in an Marketing role.
Outstanding communication skills with fluent English language
Capacity to understand a complex software product and our clients’ needs.
Experience in managing agencies and other marketing service providers.
First hand experience in a high performance environment like startups.
Hands on knowledge in using various marketing tools.
Proficient at Excel to drive complex reporting structures.
Analytical and data driven decision making.
Strategic thinking to drive and lead BlueOptima’s marketing function.

If you are shortlisted, we will ask you to complete a work sample test to assess your marketing skills and ideas, and you will need to complete a short piece of written work. If this work is to a high standard, we will invite you a series of face-to-face interviews. If you’re successful you’ll be invited to interview with your eventual manager.
