I am working exclusively with a disruption focused global digital consultancy, who have recently launched the first international office in the North Rhine-Westphalia. Their team is focused on business strategy looking through a digital lens, whilst maintaining a start-up environment that has made it very appealing to many MBB individuals who make up their team.
They are sitting at the intersection of everything that shapes the way that clients interact with customers and have an approach and culture that is unparalleled in the market.
I am looking for individuals who want to help businesses remodel themselves and their capabilities using digital ideas, technologies, and behaviors. An entrepreneurial flair is also needed.
Digital experience is not needed, just a willingness to learn.
Experience necessary:
- 2 years of experience working for a top tier strategy consulting firm developing business strategies for clients or similar experience
- 4 years of general consulting or other equivalent business experience.
- Strong Academic background with excellent results, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Outstanding analytical and social skills, real leadership and drive, a pragmatic approach, and a relentless focus on sustainable business results.
