Leading and supervising team Activation Executive (AE) for activities in area by National Activation Manager's strategy such as:
• Channel development
Manage a team of AE to facilitate and maximize benefits of all activities for centers to achieve team's KPI.
Planning/Tracking/Reporting in line with National Activation Manager about budget for all activities
Optimize all executive at best performance
Balance local sales’s requirement with brand/event activation strategy.
Coordinate with centres for events management.
Oversee all POS programs.
