We are looking for reinforcement at the earliest possible date Account Manager - Logistics / Sales / Customer Success (m / f / d).

- You own a portfolio of Europe's most innovative e-commerce / retail brands (merchants)
- You continuously develop our Key Accounts by recognizing their needs at an early stage and independently searching for solutions, ensuring customer happiness
- You are responsible for expansion projects (upselling) of our existing merchants
- You collect & analyze customer feedback and work closely with our product team to ensure we develop the best software product & service in the market
- You support the Sales Team by setting up customized logistics solutions
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Key Account / Account Management in a high-growth environment
- You have a solid academic and/or professional background in a business-related field
- You have an affinity for software & logistics, and thanks to your solution-oriented nature and your focus on growth, you unleash the full potential of our existing customers
- You are self-motivated, structured, and very strong in relationship building
- You are fluent in German and English (speaking & writing skills)
