Dynamic sprouting technology allows building production plants without humans = food hazards free + remarkable economy of scale cost wise + physical capacity to produce mass market volumes which is now impossible at artisanal sprouting facilities. Sales model is B2B = selling to large operators of food service industry + retail chains (LOIs in place already). Profit model is based on simple math, i.e. raw material purchase price per kg is €1 + dynamic sprouting costs + gross profit = €4 which is generating gross contribution of €1.2M by 1 plant annually already at <50% production capacity. Consumption stimulation becomes the #1 priority and this is where the team has spent 2 years on marketing studies and developed a strategy on consumption stimulation.
