Business Description AI assistant that generates conversation outcomes for client servicing professionals, so that they can do more or less. We developed our product based on our personal experiences as client service professionals, complemented by thorough research into the challenges of managing project scope. Our research included interviews with over 30 client service professionals from various industries in the UAE and UK, such as event agencies, PR firms, consultancy firms, web design, and digital product development.
These discussions revealed that professionals in client services often struggle with scope changes, which negatively impacts client relationship management and, consequently, revenue—primarily due to overservicing and related issues. A significant pain point identified was the management of conversations and the cumbersome process of tracking client interactions.
To address these challenges, we decided to create a technology-driven solution leveraging AI. Our tool aims to assist client service professionals in focusing on active listening during client interactions, capturing feedback accurately, and understanding client needs to offer customized solutions.
