OptiSigma provides innovative low-cost technologies for monitoring the condition and reducing the electrical energy consumption of industrial three-phase induction motors, which use more than half of the electricity worldwide. Small improvements in the efficiency of industrial motors translate into huge CO2eq emissions. Over the past 14 years, OptiSigma team developed several proven, ready-to-market products and services, such as InSwitch, BobiSoft, and Smart Rewinding. The Smart Rewinding service is an excellent, low-cost, cost-effective, competitive measure/solution, that avoids replacing the existing motors with new high-efficiency motors. It is to be developed and provided in partnership with motor rewinding shops worldwide, and can potentially help foster the circular economy, promote copper recycling, create local jobs, reinforce the local economy, and may contribute to the reduction of imports and economic resilience to external factors.
