InvestConservation®

InvestConservation® focus on protection of biodiversity hotspots in tropical forests where we partner with experienced conservation groups. Each hectare of tropical forests is linked to an IC-Token that gives the holder biodiversity and carbon rights for 50 years. Token does not represent land ownership for the holder.

The underlying program is permanent conservation but the rights are set up for 50 years. InvestConservation® use a 2% annual issuance of tokens on each project. This approach motivates land owners to effectively protect their land while reducing risks to investors.
InvestConservation® uses NFT tokens - where each token is linked to a unique hectare of tropical forest- issued on blockchain for transparency, traceability and avoidance of double selling of rights. On- and off-chain transfer payment solutions can be provided as the market acceptance for blockchain evolves.

We partner with top tier conservation groups for on the ground scientific based conservation work. Conservation efforts use existing methods developed by third partners. InvestConservation® provides annual reports to investors and use multiple independent data sources to provide objective and transparent assessment including satellite, to monitor standing carbon, forest health and deforestation using LiDAR, radar and optical against NASA and European Space Agency data, and visual and audio data (camera traps and soundscapes) to objectively record biodiversity in addition to the on the ground observations.
