The system keeps track of recurring services and usage-based charges, and knows exactly when and what service needs to be charged. Fakturia will automatically send due invoices on their due date.

The integrated Whitelabel Customer Center gives your customers access to all contract and billing information. Business transactions such as address data changes or contract terminations can be processed digitized.

Due to the open REST interface, Fakturia offers a practical API for integration into the existing process landscape.

Fakturia was developed by the Luminea IT Services GmbH from Sauerlach near Munich, which has existed since 2007. The software was funded entirely from own funds and implemented using modern and robust Java EE technology.
