At faktual, our mission is to reduce journalistic desk research to one click and give back the time journalists need to focus on writing ground-breaking stories. We’re developing an AI-supported research suite that substantially speeds up information and content gathering for articles.
faktual provides journalists a database with all relevant texts from primary sources such as ministries, associations, authorities, and companies in real-time. faktual’s natural language processing (NLP) algorithm processes the text by extracting relevant facts and quotes as well as performing statistical analysis on data from primary sources specific to the journalist’s search query. Overall, faktual can reduce the time spent on desk research by up to 40% without sacrificing article quality.
