As part of the business development of a fast-growing, London-based Managed IT Services Provider, you’ll be responsible for our bottom line. Show us a perky bottom and you’ll see us smile.

You’ll be overseeing new offerings. Developing go-to-market strategies. Keeping an eye on the ever-changing commercial IT landscape and on our competitors. Teaming up with sales, marketing and directors on new opportunities. Contributing to pitches, budgets and client meetings. And – and this is the important bit – balancing pricing and profitability with customer satisfaction.

You’ll need experience of working in an MSP environment. Excellent project management, market research, negotiation, marketing and above all, sales skills. The ability to communicate complex concepts. Impeccable business acumen.

You'll also need to be numerate, analytical and problem-solving on one hand and have excellent interpersonal skills on the other. Cyber / Information security exposure is a real plus.

And you need to be able to handle the pressure and accountability that comes with the role. We’re ambitious and demanding, but keep the growing pains at bay and you’ll make our day.
