Budapest-based Qneiform raises €750k to shake up the executive search industry with talent AI models

Qneiform, a Hungarian startup that builds software that allows users to find their perfect next hire, announced it has raised €750k of pre-seed investment from the Samen Slimmer Alliance, made up of venture funds DFF, Keen Venture Partners, and Slimmer AI.

The investment will support industry vertical and geographic expansion. In addition, through the partnership with Samen Slimmer, Qneiform is building a world-class product platform, deploying the latest in AI tech to bring all the tools to their users so that pretty soon, there’ll simply be no excuse for making a bad hire.

Founded by former hedge-fund headhunter, Thomas Percy, the Qneiform team has brought together top data and tech talent from across Europe to make talent intelligence more than just a piece of jargon.

“What about the positions that really matter? Those so critical to an organisation that the difference between best in class and sort of ok is hundreds of millions of dollars in portfolio performance, or throwing away your firm’s chance to win an era-defining case. For such roles it’s imperative to know with certainty that you have considered all possible options and the shortlisted candidates are there for a reason. For such roles, precision and completeness matters,” said Thomas Percy, CEO of Qneiform.

The Qneiform platform is built from the ground up to serve as a single source of truth for headhunters and talent professionals and already counts more than 25 leading recruitment firms and talent teams across the finance and legal sectors as customers.

Powered by Qneiform’s proprietary industry datasets combined with talent specific AI models, users can instantly benchmark teams, identify talent gaps and find the ideal candidate for their strategic goals. As well as identifying the perfect hire immediately, they can understand organisations like never before, forecasting departures and developing succession planning (and identifying competitor activity) to gain the edge they require beyond the interview room.
