On May 9-10, we’ll be hosting the 10-year anniversary of our annual EU-Startups Summit in beautiful Malta! We’ll be gathering over 2,000 of Europe’s best founders, startup enthusiasts and investors for two exciting days of networking, inspiration and learning.
We’ll have a jam-packed agenda on two stages, great networking opportunities, a buzzing exhibition hall, and a super exciting Pitch Competition, featuring 15 of Europe’s most promising seed and pre-seed startups. In total, we’re expecting about 1,500 applications, and in the end the 15 selected finalists will get the opportunity to pitch on the main stage of this year’s EU-Startups Summit in front of a large audience of investors and startup enthusiasts. Also, there is an attractive Prize Package waiting for the winning startup team.

- €250k Funding Opportunity with Look AI Ventures: The finalist will get fast-tracked and invited to pitch directly in front of Look AI Ventures‘ investment committee, and after the due diligence process, there will be a funding opportunity of up to €250k

Eligibility Criteria
- Startups in pre-seed or seed stage
- Less than 3 years old, with no or less than €750K venture capital raised
- Based in Europe (EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, etc.)
The Jury
The selected teams will receive valuable feedback from a jury of well-known venture capital investors. This year’s judging panel includes Pekka Mäki (3TS Capital), Melissa Donohoe (Notion Capital), Massimiliano Magrini (United Ventures) and Angelo Burgarello (Look AI Ventures).
Aside from the VC jury, we will have about 300 other investors (including VCs, accelerators, and business angels) participating in this year’s EU-Startups Summit. Many of them will follow the pitch competition, and you can actively network with them during the event.
