As a growth capital investor and partner at investment firm LeadX Capital Partners, Patrick has invaluable experience and knowledge in the tech world. He has seen many patterns in companies that fail and companies that succeed. Patrick also frequently writes articles on venture capital and M&A and has been published by renowned magazines like the MIT Sloan Management Review.
His respective growth expertise and his knowledge deriving from more than 17 years in Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A have gone into his latest book: FastScaling – The Smart Path to Building Massively Valuable Businesses, which went to number one on the Amazon charts of new startup books. In FastScaling, he shows founders and growth leaders a smart path to scaling businesses.
Currently, he is working on his second handbook for founders, entrepreneurs, and managers of high growth tech businesses. In Leading Effectively – A Leadership Tale and Guide to Leading with Ease, he shows a systematic path to becoming an effective high growth leader.
