Your Profile
✈4+ years of experience in Software Product Management
✈Experience with agile methodologies and an “agile mindset”
✈Highly organized, self‐motivated with entrepreneurial passion and ability to effectively to multi‐task
✈Good understanding of the dependencies of frontend and backend development
✈Ability to create big‐picture and detailed roadmaps advocating stakeholders’ needs and business impact
✈Understand technology trends, their impact on the roadmap and how to drive innovation
✈Experience in software engineering is a plus
Your tasks
✈Scope, define and drive the evolution of your product that empowers the customer based on the needs of the customer using lean and agile practices working closely with the engineering team
✈Work in cross‐functional teams. Be responsible for coordinating resources, creating project timelines, ensuring on time delivery, overseeing internal communication and managing releases
✈Determine best methods to test potential solutions and gather feedback including market analysis, competitive benchmarking and identification of customer’s needs
✈Be the contact person for our internal and external stakeholders
✈Set a vision and a key success metrics to track, analyse and act upon
