When does my CLUB membership expire?
Your CLUB membership can be cancelled at any time and will then automatically end after the current billing cycle is done. We will remind you at the end of every billing cycle and therefore give you another opportunity to stop your membership in case you want to.
Do I get a purchase receipt or invoice after signing up?
Yes, you’ll receive a purchase receipt via Paypal or Stripe. For ‘Startup/Scale-up’ as well as ‘Corporate/Investor’ memberships we’ll also automatically send you a corresponding invoice document for your internal bookkeeping processes.
