As Marketing Operations Working Student or Intern you will support the marketing team in market research, go-to-market campaign execution, day-to-day operations, and analyzing and reporting campaign results. In this role you will work cross-functionally with the entire marketing team, including Product, Field, Event, Design, Digital and Content to drive results.   • Our marketing automation system (HubSpot) and CRM system (MS Dynamics)
  • Different types of digital marketing campaigns
  • Assistancing with updates to and general upkeep of NavVis' digital properties, including the corporate website and company blog
  • Helping with the optimization of existing marketing automation and lead database management programs
  • Building email marketing programs and assisting in creating a process for our external, client-facing newsletters and emails
  • Supporting database segmentation efforts by researching and enriching lead and contact data
  • Compiling campaign data and producing reports for our marketing leadership team
  • Monitoring and updating inbound leads within HubSpot
  • Creating/enhancing operational documentation, including the mapping of workflows
  • Assisting in maintaining our global marketing metrics dashboard
  • Experience with digital marketing, HubSpot experience is a big plus
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of demand generation and conversion funnels
  • Strong interest in building tools and processes to improve our marketing strategy
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • A student in Marketing, Communications, Sales or similar
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
