Your Role

As a working student IT (m/f/d), you are the first responder to your colleagues when their computers “don’t work anymore” and turning it off and on again didn’t do the job. You support our IT Admin with the daily business, set up our devices and do IT onboardings for new employees. You are encouraged to contribute your ideas and develop new solutions.

Responsibilities

You will be the first responder for issues for your colleagues and do first level user support
You will help with the IT onboardings for new employees, this includes setting up computers, creating and maintaining user accounts using Active Directory, show them our internal services and helping them to get familiar with our IT infrastructure
You will help with hardware configuration and deployment (e.g. switches, IP-phones, printers)

Must-Have Skills

You are pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or similar
You are fluent in English
You are comfortable with both Windows and Linux
You are familiar with bash and/or PowerShell scripting

Nice-to-Have Skills

You know Python and/or YAML
You are familiar with Ansible or Docker (this is a huge plus)
