At Founders Foundation we support the next generation of tech entrepreneurs and create a founder-centric ecosystem to shape Germany's digital future. We set camp in Bielefeld, a widely-underestimated city in one of Germany's most interesting areas. The Ostwestfalen-Lippe region is home to an abundance of hidden champions of the German Mittelstand which combine stability and success while lacking agility and creativity. Why do we need you?
Our company's name gives it away: Educating founders is what keeps us going. Educating more founders is what makes us shine. That's why we aim to grow the first stage of our education funnel to a next level. We need your design skills in our Brand & Content Team to create a Founders Foundation content experience that makes even more talent fall in love with the idea of building the next unicorn.
Things you'll do
Working at Founders Foundation means changing the status quo. You need us to be more specific? Sure thing, as our Web Designer (F/M/D) in our Brand & Content Team you will:
- Be our internal agency for graphic design. You will ensure our brand and our content stands out with a design that attracts talent from all over the world
- Set the stage for our content by building websites, designing social media posts and logos - together with our brand and content team you will provide high-quality content about growing B2B tech-startups
- Manage the overall production process of our design products - ranging from your creative input and conceptual work up to briefing freelancers and agencies, ordering and communicating with service providers and suppliers etc.
- Proactively promote your digital and analogue design ideas and implement them with technical expertise
- Ensure a consistent design of the Founders Foundations brand image and our digital Learning format
About you

- Significant experience in web design in a dynamic and digital environment. You have deep digital design know-how and high level skills in working with Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress as well as HTML and CSS
- A passion for entrepreneurship and tech-content. You are experienced in working with entrepreneurs and have an understanding for founders as our main target group
- Knowledge about the media and experience with the implementation of cross-media design solutions ranging from conceptualizing and drafting it up to final artworks/ data input
- A sixth sense for design, typo and imagery besides focussing on "the big picture" in order to ensure a consistent brand image
- Excellent German and English language skills
