We are looking for a Rockstar VP Sales with a proven track record and a native level of English (this is a must), who knows how to get things done and exceed goals.

Summary:

The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the Founders of the company, as part of the Executive team. The VP Sales should have experience reporting to the Board of Directors and have proven experience in scaling a worldwide SaaS Start-up company from 10-50 million with average MRR deals of €2,000-5,000 MRR.

  • You think about sales strategies all day long.

  • Of course you know how to create and sell deals (that’s your bread & butter).

  • You always think: “Challenge accepted” when it comes to inherent SaaS competition and complications.

  • You are aware of the importance of having an assertive communication style.

  • You are a great listener, a quick thinker and a brilliant communicator.

  • You have lots of stamina and like fast-paced environments filled with challenges.

  • You are a multitasking, hands-on person. If you had a hashtag, it would be #Doer or #SalesScalingMagician.

  • You are an international team player.

  • You are hands-on and proactive.
