VP of Sales with German /PRAGUE/

We are looking for an achieving VP of Sales for our client - an invested Czech tech startup. It’s a company with a product that, with the help of algorithms, can detect a breakdown in any machine. They are expanding to the German-speaking market, and are looking for someone to run it with them from Prague firstly.

Whare you’re going to do and already have experience in:

• set up the sales department - workflow, KPI’s, tools, … any ideas?
• lead the sales team (now has 5 members)
• build and execute sales and marketing strategy

You should also be able to:

• work in a dynamic and changing environment
• co-set the company’s direction
• speak German (C1 minimum (CEFR))
• ideally
