We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader with strong B2B experiences and skills, but an overall understanding of the whole marketing landscape to work closely with our product and sales teams to drive awareness, acquisition and retention of businesses in need of our finance solutions.

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CEO, you will lead and grow a marketing team and own our overall marketing strategy, working cross-functionally to design and execute with a focus on prospect and client education, channel and online partnerships, email, press and digital.


•Develop an overall end-to-end focused marketing strategy
•Provide long-term strategic guidance for the marketing team across online and offline channels, whilst being attuned to the short-term tactical activities.
•Lead marketing for our channel and online partners to really drive awareness and referrals.
•Utilise your strong B2B experience to develop relevant sales collateral and content to support the sales team in hitting their customer acquisition and account management targets.
•Work alongside customer account managers to help define and execute a CRM strategy through e-mail and content.
•Manage our direct mail campaigns in conjunction with the outbound sales team to drive outbound sales, conversion, and high ROI.
•Develop an engaging and interactive content calendar for sales and the broader digital channels to drive education and nurturing of leads.
•Execute on our core channels but also test new ideas and establish a culture of innovation.
•Be a customer champion, using empathy to power strategic development in marketing communication.
•Team leadership, hiring, development, and performance management.


•Experience in staying close to customers, and letting that drive your marketing strategy.
•Strong, proven working experience in a B2B environment - This could have been in financial services or SaaS-based B2B companies.
•Experience of working with sales teams on customer acquisition.
•Ability to pull engaging collateral together - You understand the importance of creating, designing and distributing content.
•Working knowledge of external and internal branding
•Experience with CRM marketing
•Data driven - Can manage and report on performance and ROI.
•Experience of testing and learning across different campaigns.
