VP of Engineering (AI, Platform & Software) AI Start-Up
One of the most exciting AI Retail Organisations is searching for a VP of Engineering to inherit a team of three squads across Platform Reliability, Infrastructure and AI to play a key role in scaling solutions and product development as the company continues its growth trajectory.
The successful applicant will be responsible for harnessing the current engineering talent, identifying new solutions for scalability, and working with product and development teams to investigate new products and techniques in AI to add to the company’s portfolio.
This startup has already established an excellent customer portfolio with households’ names and received over £80 Million in funding from successful VCs behind Ring and Fitbit.
The company has signed off between £150,000 to £160,000 + Bonus + Benefits, based remotely across Europe.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing and growing multiple engineering teams globally.
- Prior experience working in a start-up.
- Technical experience and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, particularly Computer Vision and Spatial AI.
- Extensive experience working in Platform engineering across reliability using best practice DevOps, SRE and Platform.
- Proficient in Software Engineering, and ability to write code.
