Tagvenue, a UK based event tech start-up, is looking for an entrepreneurial, self driven person to help our clients find the right venues in London, and manage the revenue generation part of the business. You will join our expanding team in Krakow. To learn more about our business check out our website.
Key responsibilities:
Accepting and processing incoming client calls and email communication
Learning about the client's venue needs and finding the perfect venue for our clients
Enquiring with our venue partners about their availability and pricing (over the phone and email)
Keeping track of all enquiries received and their progress
Deliver first-class customer service
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English in a business and every day setting
High level of commitment and flexibility
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Confidence and charisma especially over the phone
