Description
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in UX design- 2+ years of experience in leading a team- A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in user experience design and leading user research- Strong experience in creating appealing digital interfaces and user experiences, and in building platforms- Experience in developing and launching products for an international audience- Good knowledge in using design tools (e.g. Figma) and web-based technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS)- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and German- Proven ability to work with creative, technical and sales teams with a high level of professionalism- Ability to communicate complex product challenges and UI/UX flows
Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for our users and an advocate for a user-centered approach in every corner of our business- Lead and continue to build the UX team, creating the culture necessary for its success- Develop and own a cohesive vision about the design of all Seervision’s products and services- Conduct hands-on user research and generate meaningful insights for your design- Plan and execute user interviews and usability tests to rapidly test and iterate designs- Design solutions for improving the user experience of new and existing products- Develop storyboards, sketches, prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas- Apply user-centered design methodologies to ensure requirements, features and designs are grounded in proven customer needs- Become an expert in our customers pains, our product and our mission- Educate on and push for best practices in UX research and design, and mentor other members of the product team
