A new pension law has been passed and this turns the current pension system upside down.
With this traineeship you will learn the complex world of pensions like the back of your hand.
This traineeship is a 9 to 12 month trajectory in which we prepare you to work in the world of pensions.
Your career in the world of pensions
During this traineeship you will get to know the financial services industry and discover how pensions work; both the technical side and the rules surrounding it.
In addition, you will learn how to use all this information to provide practical advice to our customers.
You will be guided by experienced professionals who will stimulate your growth and development.
You will follow relevant training and courses to further develop your (personal) skills and increase your expertise in the field of Pensions.
Your start and growth opportunities
Roles you may start in include Pension Customer Service Employee, Mid- or Backoffice Pension Employee or Life Advisor, and then after your traineeship you can grow into, for example, Project Manager, Pension Specialist or Business Analyst.
