Your day to day

  • Help with incorporation of companies in France on behalf of foreign investors
  • Assist on Follow ups on clients and their process
  • Support on Drafting and review of civil and commercial contracts
  • Other administrative – legal tasks
  • Application for registration of company names
  • Drafting of Power of Attorney and other legal documents
  • Participate on legal accompaniment of the client in their process
  • Helping our clients with their immigration processes: expatriation, global mobility and visas assistance
  • Helping our clients with their contention of residence permits
  • Assisting our clients to resolve international and French labor law issues
  • Supporting our attorneys with legal research
  • Drafting of labor law, corporate and commercial contracts

Tu as

  • Undertaking technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of information
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client updates and other business development activities and helping to promote the firm generally
  • Has a dynamic, proactive, rigorous, and curious personality
  • Excited about and curiosity for digital tools, process automation and innovation
  • A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues.
  • A client-centric approach. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
  • You enjoy solving problems.
  • You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Proven track record of working proactively
  • You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked
  • Degree in law: Master I or Master 2 in general law: not only European law but also employment law
  • Perfectly speaks French
  • Has minimum C1 level in English - Very valuable other languages, like Spanish Close to perfect 
  • Willing to work 60% remotely
  • Part-time to full availability (EFB students in PPI highly appreciated)
