Who are we looking for?
As a Recruiter Techniek at igen you are responsible for the influx of new staff. No experience with recruitment yet? Don't worry! We are here to teach you all the tricks of the trade. What we think is most important is that you enjoy making contacts, enthuse people and want to continue to develop yourself. igen is looking for enterprising people because we hope you will grow with our organization and give your own twist to your current and future positions.
What do you have at home?
Personality is a must have for igen. We are looking for someone who is full of energy and enjoys a dynamic working environment. An environment where you find inspiration every day, meet new people and opportunities. 'Getting things done' is your life motto and set yourself goals instead of being imposed on you. We are looking for someone with at least a completed HBO education and 0 to 5 years of work experience.
