At wefox, we are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Enablement Manager (m / f / d) to join our Platform Operations team. In this key role, you'll collaborate with leadership, content experts, and cross-functional leads, driving our sales enablement content creation, sales operations process, and training programs.

This highly-visible role interacts with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high level of professional maturity.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop an exceptional understanding of the wefox platform and its value proposition to customers, in collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Lead the creation and continual refinement of sales enablement materials, including Proposal Documents, Master Service Agreements, Licence agreements, case studies, product, and technical support documents.
  • Spearhead and execute full-cycle go-to-market strategies for our SaaS offering, driving the production and delivery of all related sales enablement materials in close collaboration with the product, design, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Act as a wefox Platform product champion and subject matter expert, supporting the global marketing team in the development of content.
  • Create comprehensive training and onboarding materials, such as User Guides, FAQs, and white papers, to facilitate customer understanding and usage of our platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs, developing resources and strategies that enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  • Act as a tech evangelist, articulating the value and utility of our technology to various stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and improve current sales support systems and processes to optimize sales effectiveness and customer success.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products in the Insurtech industry.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of experience in a sales enablement or sales operation role in a SaaS environment, supporting business development leaders and direct B2B sales channels.

Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and customer lifecycle.

  • Proven experience as a tech evangelist, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup environment. This includes a demonstrated ability to articulate and advocate for the value and utility of our technological solutions to diverse audiences, from non-technical clients to industry professionals.
  • Proven experience creating and managing sales and marketing materials with associated tools.
  • Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into simple, compelling messages.
  • Ability to transition seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. HubSpot is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience creating content, conducting sales demos, and providing training.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS implementation and customer support.
