We are looking for a smart and customer oriented person willing to work in our Technical Customer Service team – Italy. The person will report to the Customer service Manager, and will be responsible for the following activities: After-sales technical support Start-up phase of the pumping systems Pre-sales support, with identification and technical selection of the most suitable standard products for our customer's requests
Interaction with the network of Service Centers involved in the after-sales support process. Involvement in all business processes regarding the product quality improvement, interacting with R&D, Quality, Product Management and Purchasing. Technical documentation and spare part requests
Requirements:
- Technical background, with professional knowledge and skills on Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics
- Good relational skills
- Strong customer oriented approach
- Problem solving
- Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad
- English written and spoken at a good level
