Bsport solution is a fast-growing SaaS company with a vision of over 10 years and an infinite market to explore!

Our goal? Become the n 1 must-have tech companion for high-end sports clubs and studios : yoga, dance, bootcamp, boxing, fitness...the sky is our limit!

We have developed a mobile application for members but above all, we have created a complete SaaS platform for clubs and studios which provides all essential tech tools for management and growth, including intelligent marketing based on trend analysis, clustering, and data exploitation in general.

Launched in June 2019, we already have :

  • A community of 2,1M users
  • 1 000 + sports partners in 30 countries and in various sports (Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Dance) around the world. (x5 YtoY)
  • A fundraising of $1,600,000 between November 2020 and 2021, a team of 50 people and a Series A for Q4 2022.

As a Team Lead SDR UKI you will have the mission to help us manage the growth of our business.

Your performance will have a significant impact on the speed of development of bsport, we are counting on you.

  • Oversee the performance, coaching and strategy development of the SDR’s in your region
  • Create monthly and quarterly goals for your SDR pod in order to achieve and exceed OKR targets by scheduling meetings with target prospects and accounts in your respective region
  • Conduct 1 : 1’s and group trainings with your SDR pod as necessary to ensure attainment of KPI’s and track metrics
  • Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database
  • Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents
  • Work with your dedicated Marketing Managers and Account Executives to identify ongoing strategic targets
  • Manage the scaling of the SDR : recruitment and strategy

What we are looking for :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales in a SaaS company , with 2 years managing a team and looking to progress their career as a sales development leader
  • Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed - ability to lead training sessions for SDR’s
  • Data driven : ability to analyze your pod performances in order to find the right outbound strategy to help your team succeed
  • Tech savvy : being deeply interested in the tech environment and having the ability to share your passion with your pod
  • Solution focused : ability to focus on quick solution implementation in order to limit all frictions
  • Fluent in English (Fluency in any other language is a big plus)
