Walkolution is a successful and fast growing German HealthTech startup with headquarters in Munich. We are about to revolutionize office work with a unique product that is already in use at many well-known companies. The product solves the problem of a sedentary lifestyle with a noiseless, intuitive treadmill (internationally patented and design-protected) for professional office use, where the user can walk slowly while working as usual or holding meetings while walking. We have our own production facility near Würzburg and attach great importance to the exclusive use of sustainable raw materials.

Walkolution was founded in 2017 by two co-founders. A senior medical doctor and the founder of one of the leading German interior design manufacturers.

What should you bring with you?

We are looking for people who act responsibly and actively think for themselves, who fit their character well into a value-based team. This includes a passion for work and our product, a thirst for knowledge and above-average creative potential.
You have a Bachelor's degree or a completed commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience.
You already have professional experience as a secretary or management assistant (desirable).
You have very good knowledge in MS-Office, the Google Suite, desirable also in Trello and if necessary also HubSpot and WordPress.
You have a very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).
You have a quick grasp, work independently and are a talent for organisation.

Your tasks

You support the core team in day-to-day business
You will be responsible for the preparation, follow-up and organisation of customer meetings, internal project meetings and working group meetings.
You plan and organize events
You conduct research and analyses on strategic and operational topics
You take on challenging special projects (e.g. in process management) in the course of the project
You are an important and reliable interface to internal and external partners.
