Responsibilities and Duties:
Source candidates for BlueOptima's vacancies in UK & US
Create and maintain job advertisements to attract the best talent
Understand what it takes for a candidate to be successful at BlueOptima and appropriately shortlist applicants.
Interview prospective candidates.
Maintain our the recruitment CRM.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Head of Talent to deliver on headcount goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
You will have hands-on experience in a recruitment environment, agency or in house. Experience in fast growing startups is ideal. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in industry.
