Job description
You will work closely with the sales team towards our car dealership customers and help the team leader run an effective sales team. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Customer Success via phone
- Onboarding of new customers
- Installation of lead generator module on customers' websites
- Analysis and optimization of conversions on the customer's website
- Monitor sales KPIs
- Help the sales team to keep documentation, templates, and leads up to date

Your qualifications
It will definitely be an advantage (but not a requirement) that you have previously gained experience with support, sales or that you have a technical background.
You can be the right candidate if you:
- Focus on quality right down to the details.
- Have a good technical understanding in general and you are willing to familiarize yourself with new innovative products online.
- Has an analytical mindset that can also keep track in a changing environment.
- Is comfortable talking on the phone with both the car dealers and our sales team in the field.
- Is a team player who likes to give a little of himself to help our customers, but also internally.
- Can speak and write English and Swedish at a high level
