We are looking for agents to delivered customer service and survey within their local area. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills, be empathetic and remain calm under pressure. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.
As a work from home agent, you’ll deal with a range of customer queries via email. Our bespoke virtual certification class will ensure you are able to deliver service that is professional, friendly and reliable so you can handle your customers queries in a competent and friendly manner.
