Want to gain hands-on experience in social media, marketing and community-building at an early-stage startup? baesh is a fast-growing Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events, communities, and shared interests.
As a Startup Growth & Community Intern, you'll work in a startup environment, develop valuable skills in social media, marketing, and sales, and take ownership of projects that drive real impact.
This is a mandatory internship for students. The position is unpaid, but offers real startup experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.
Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote, some in-person meetings/events).
Start Date: As required by the university
Tasks:
- Lead and grow your niche community
- Bring people together through events and partnerships.
- Develop social media content in your niche - TikTok and Instagram will be key channels.
- Plan and host local baesh events that create unforgettable memories for our users.
- Assist in brainstorming and testing marketing strategies to grow our community.
- Curate Event Magic: Scout and hand-pick the hottest, most exclusive events to keep our feed buzzing with excitement.
- Work with event organizers to ensure baesh is always the first to know about what's happening.
- Build Relationships Like a Pro: Find and onboard event organizers, student clubs, and venues.
- Research and pitch baesh to potential partners & event venues.
- Connect with local influencers and brand ambassadors. No prior experience needed—just motivation to learn!
Requirements:
- Berlin-based: You know the culture, the vibes, and the events that matter. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Social Wizard: You love people, conversations, and making everyone feel welcome. Entrepreneurial mindset—you don't wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
- Hands-on Hustle: You're not just about doing the job but about owning the role.
