Sr. Analytics and Solution Architect consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for Analytics Consultants and Solution Principal to join the Analytics Service Line

Responsibilities:

• Support sales activities, join client meetings, prepare presentations, provide business and technical point of view and rationales, qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales
• Build proposals for smaller engagements within his/her own area of expertise
• Join a solutioning/bid team and eventually lead it depending on the level of his/her seniority to build proposals for large engagement
• Provide advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions.
• Build and/or support PoC
• May support delivery start-up activities related to new opportunity developed and won
• Provide input to the offering strategy and development moving forward.
• Connected to local and global communities for share and learn on selected innovative projects, solutions and offerings

Education and Experience Required:

• Degree: Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics and Economics;
• Experience: experience in business development and solution of complex proposals; at least 3 years experience in analytics innovative proposals and projects;
• Industry expertise: must have expertise at least in one of the following Industry, Energy & Utilities, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing, Telco & Media
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and feel comfortable in group settings
• The ability to work as part of a close-knit, team of Solutions Architects
• Able to create financial models to demonstrate value of solution and create approved project costs
• The flexibility to switch gears quickly from one assignment to the next
• Technological skills Must Have: he must have experience and skills on one or more of the following technologies, Hadoop (Cloudera), AWS (Analytics and IoT native services), Azure (Analytics and IoT native services) , Google (Analytics native services), Spark , Kafka , Java , Python , R
• Technological skills Nice to Have: ETL Tools and open source (IBM DataStage, Informatica Power Center/Big Data Manager, Oracle ODI, Microsoft SSIS), Reporting Tools (Business Objects, SAP SAC, Power BI, Oracle OBI EE, IBM Cognos, Tableau);
• The following certification could be a plus: Cloudera , AWS/Azure/Google , ETL or Reporting platform;
• Must have fluent English language skills
