Not just a job
As a (Senior) Software Engineer Industrial Automation at SPIE Nederland, you will not be given a standard set of tasks.
As an Engineer, you are involved in the entire project, from the quotation process to commissioning.
This means that you not only design and develop complex technical process and production systems, but also take on some of the project management and make calculations such as additional and reduced work.
This allows you to experience unprecedented variety in your work!
- You work on various projects for different clients within the manufacturing industry, which means you encounter a wide range of technical issues.
- Your contribution is crucial in innovating and making production environments more sustainable.
What are you going to do?
- You prepare market-based budgets, based on innovative solutions;
- You design and develop (in collaboration with the client) complex, technical automation systems;
- You write, test, implement and commission software for installations;
- You participate in consignment and breakdown services.

Not just an employee
What do we expect from you?
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- You have knowledge of PLC and/or SCADA systems, preferably Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, Beckhoff, Wonderware;
- You have experience in designing and programming software for industrial automation systems;
- You have good communication skills and thrive in a team.
