How You’ll Be Protecting The World
As a Solutions Architect at Venafi / Jetstack, you’ll be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the first technical contact with potential customers and will advise them through the whole engagement with Jetstack.
You will talk to customer executives as well as engineers while working together with Jetstack solutions engineers and CREs.
It is also expected that you work together with product engineering to help drive product improvements.
This role will present an opportunity to remain hands-on, but the main focus will be on commercial opportunities and technical leadership, working closely with our services, product and operations teams on company-wide goals.
The Ideal Venafi Warrior Will Be Armed With
- Interface with senior customer stakeholders
- Build an ongoing relationship with customers and identify potential new opportunities
- Design and architect complex customer infrastructure projects
- Position Jetstack products and relay feedback to the engineering teams
- Help the commercial team with technical presales and create statements of work
- Continually learn and remain up-to-date with ecosystem and community developments
- Communicate effectively with customers, the team, and cross-functionally across the business

- Provide technical leadership and help share Jetstack’s vision to its customers and internally
- Perform Technical Account Management and advisory duties for Jetstack customers during the whole lifetime of the engagement
- Work closely together with CTO, Head of Services, Head of Engineering and Head of Growth on setting and achieving customer-facing goals and setting of strategy
- Work closely with the engineering teams to solve customer challenges
- Work together with Head of Growth to achieve sales goals
- Work together with marketing in positioning Jetstack and its products

We are primarily located in the UK, but this role is open to applicants wanting to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
