Series C Scale up - Recent fundraise of £100m We are currently working exclusively with a fast-growing Series C scale-up looking for a new Software Engineering Manager. A successful platform that has recently closed a significant Series C of over £100m they're continuing to scale their products and services internationally with a view for IPO within the coming years.
As the business scales, they're looking for an experienced engineering leader to help oversee their rapidly growing teams of Engineers. A people, process, and technology-focused role, that will help scale the team 3x over the coming year. Working closely with C-suite and Engineering leadership, this role will play an instrumental part of the organizations continued success. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience managing teams of 5+ and come from a hands-on engineering background. Must-haves: Over 1 year experience managing high-performing teams, worked in fast-paced, product-centric start-up or scale-up environment, must remain close to the technology, and is ideally from a hands-on engineering background. Nice to haves: Ideally worked as part of a management team in the past and can contribute to the commercial, strategic and people plans
