    As Social Media Customer Care Specialist, you'll be a strategic actor in making our customer service the best one!

    WHAT YOU WILL DO :

    • You'll provide to our clients and prospects an answer within 1 hour
    • You'll check Back Market mention on the Internet and provide help
    • You'll be proactive in improving the customer experience
    • You'll exceed customer and prospect expectations
    • You'll be in charge of increase our notations on reviews platform (Trusted Shops, Trustpilot etc.)
    • You'll be in charge to provide the best support to users of our magnificent app
    • You'll be in charge of customers review on Back Market website
    • You'll be the guardian of Back Market tone of voice
    • You'll participate in transversal projects to support the customer's voice

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Native german speaker or totally fluent
    • You're a social medias expert
    • English has no secret for you and if you master other languages as well, it's a real plus!
    • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are open-minded and you want to surpass yourself
    • You are committed to making our customers happy
    • You like to do concrete things and get your hands dirty
    • You know how to prioritize, take care of details and the pressure doesn't scare you
