The ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the design of the integration, it’s implementation and the successful adoption in customer environments.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) Processes, e.g. ITIL
- Several years of experience as ServiceNow Technical Consultant (2 -3years)
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, esp. CMDB
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience in Java, esp. backend technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch)
WHAT IS NICE TO HAVE?
- Former solution or integration architect at ServiceNow
- Certifications for ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Worked with GraphQL APIs
- Worked in SCRUM teams
