POSITION

We provide an integration which enables the seamless collaboration between the leading IT Service Management solution ServiceNow and the LeanIX SaaS solution. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the design of the integration, it’s implementation and the successful adoption in customer environments.

  • Design and implement software to connect two market leading SaaS solutions
  • Work as part of the LeanIX Engineering team to drive forward improvement of the integration capabilities
  • Drive forward the continuous improvement based on feedback from Customer Success team and product roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow experts at well-known enterprises world wide
  • Become an expert in your area of the product, understand the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs and how those things relate to the company mission and vision
  • Deliver world-class software in every release
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) Processes, e.g. ITIL
  • Several years of experience as ServiceNow Technical Consultant (2 -3years)
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, esp. CMDB
  • Practical development skills with ServiceNow Studio (incl. JavaScript custom functions)
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Experience in Java, esp. backend technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch)
WHAT IS NICE TO HAVE?
  • Former solution or integration architect at ServiceNow
  • Certifications for ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery
  • Worked with GraphQL APIs
  • Worked in SCRUM teams
