We are looking for an SEO specialist to join our growth hacking agency with headquarters in Zurich. As part of a team you will be focused on driving online sales for innovative companies & startups. Your task will not only be to implement, but also to think creatively to identify new opportunities to acquire, retain or activate customers.
You will get to know our clients and all aspects of our business quickly, so ideally you should be quick to learn, digitally savvy, a great communicator and not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analysing client sites for SEO improvements and optimisation
- Preparing strategy reports and audits
- Undertaking keyword research to identify target keywords
- Undertaking on-site optimisation work
- Undertaking off-site optimisation work
- Recommendations and consultation for technical SEO implementation
- Monitoring and tracking target keywords to reach client goals
- Developing link building strategies
Your Skills
- Strong fundamental account management skills
- Ability to derive insights, explain technical concepts
- Ability to pitch ideas and proposals
- Passion for technology and digital business with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Deep knowledge of SEO
- Good understanding of web development, CSS/HTML
- Ability to work with Google Drive
- Ability to think creatively and technically to identify and resolve problems
- 1 - 2 years experience with SEO or web development experience
- Language skills: English or German (native or bilingual proficiency), all additional languages a plus, particularly German
