We are HTD Health a fast-growing development shop on a mission to build software that will solve meaningful problems in healthcare.

We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and other non-healthcare entrepreneurs.

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, talented, and ambitious Senior UX / UI Designer to join our HTD Health growing team!

What we need from you:

• At least 4 years of experience in creating wireframes and visual design for both mobile and desktop applications;
• Portfolio of interesting projects;
• Up-to-date knowledge of UX and UI trends;
• Ability to create amazing UI design from scratch;
• Ability to explain your decisions to the team and clients;
• Ability to lead and drive younger designers;
• Experience in using InVision and/or other prototyping tools;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Proficiency in Sketch / Figma or similar tool;
• Experience in direct collaboration with developers and clients;
• Communicative level of English (B2+) both spoken and written;
• Being a team player focused on getting things done;

We appreciate if you have:

• Experience in conducting UX Research
• Experience in conducting workshops with clients;
• Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare;

What you'll get in return:

• Salary depending on your skills and experience:
• PLN 16,000 - 23,000 + VAT on a B2B contract
• PLN 13,300 - 19,180 gross on employment contract
