You own our talent partnering from identifying a recruiting need internally to advising our leadership who is true Lengoo material outside or who is ready inside Lengoo.
Be the central point of contact for candidates, our hiring managers, and technical leaders to lead and execute Lengoo’s full-cycle recruiting.
Youll be responsible for the complete recruiting for our tech and business function roles : the development of the job description with our hiring managers, posting jobs on the appropriate recruiting channels, actively approaching potential candidates on different platforms but also managing our recruitment partners and agencies.
With the respective hiring managers, youll get to know our candidates better in the initial, structured video interview and guide the process through to a successful offer.
Youll help build our internal Talent Acquisition team and also get the opportunity to take on leadership and coaching responsibilities if you desire.
You understand talent and skills and therefore do not stop when you hired someone. You help in creating career opportunities within Lengoo, describing career paths, and identifying needs within the organization.
Youre the face of Lengoo and the contact person for our tech recruitment (50% of role) and business functions (50% of role), this can change and also depends on your preference as we are building up a team
You keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and improve our recruitment processes constantly
You help with the creation of interview guidelines and the implementation of interview training
You conduct screening calls, as well as personal interviews, with our CTPO, Head of Engineering, or other hiring managers
You find new platforms for direct sourcing the right candidates and approach them individually with catchy and authentic messages that represent and fit our company culture
You support our employer branding (campaigns, updates on our career site, participation in job fairs and events, etc.) and contribute your ideas on how we can address new talent
You keep track of our recruiting KPIs
You conduct market research on salary and compensation to ensure competitiveness in the market
You contribute to onboarding new employees and act as a point of contact for them, from the first screening call to their first week as employees and onwards
You bring your people perspective to every part of our talent acquisition and provide energy and passion for people, creating an outstanding candidate experience
You ensure cultural fit and act as an advisor to our hiring manager concerning team dynamics and needs
You have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a comparable field
js, Typescript, and Python in some cases), system engineers, product managers, and engineering managers. Experience with some business profile recruitment is a plus
You have experience working in fast-paced companies, such as a startup or scale-up environment, preferably with tech products
You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to approach people, always bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.
You are empathetic and can clearly understand the team and candidate needs
Youre organized and structured through and through
You have English C2 language skills. German language skills are a plus
You can express yourself clearly and with different stakeholders on various levels
